上海市松江区常住人口107万,户籍人口55万,60岁以上人口占20%,老年人口超过联合国老龄化社会标准的一倍,已经提前于全国水平进入老龄化时代的地区;而随着松江区近年社会经济的快速发展和人们生活方式的变化,前后两者叠加效应使慢性非传染性疾病成为了影响松江居民健康最主要的因素。在慢性病防治中又有一对慢病孪生姊妹——高血压和糖尿病,它们占区慢性病防治工作的80%以上的工作量,是重中之重。
Shanghai Songjiang District has a resident population of 1.07 million with a household population of 550,000 and a population over the age of 60 accounting for 20% of the total population. The population of the elderly exceeds one-third of the United Nations social standard for aging and has entered the area of the aging nation ahead of time. With Songjiang In recent years, the rapid economic and social development of the district and the changes of people’s life style have made the chronic non-communicable diseases the most important factor affecting the health of Songjiang residents. In the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, there is another pair of twin sisters with chronic diseases - hypertension and diabetes. They account for more than 80% of the work in prevention and control of chronic diseases, which is the most important task.
