用暖心方的水煎醇沉剂进行离体和在体心脏实验，以研究该方的变力作用及其对心脏血液动力学的影响。结果表明，暖心方具有负性变力与正性变力的双向作用。负性变力作用出现早、维持时间短，对离体心肌和心脏作用较强。正性变力作用出现在抑制之后，维持时间较长，对在体心脏作用较强。对麻醉犬心脏，暖心方显示出改善心肌舒缩功能，增加心输出量与冠脉流量等作用
The in vitro and in vivo cardiac experiments were performed with a warm-hearted water decoction agent to study the inotropic effect of this side and its effect on cardiac hemodynamics.
