转移因子作为一种免疫调节剂,对原发性免疫缺陷病、自身免疫病、某些细菌和病毒感染及某些癌症的疗效已得到肯定。但是对布氏菌病的免疫预防和治疗的研究,目前,国内外未见报道。本文报告猪脾转移因子(TF)对实验感染布氏菌病的豚鼠的保护作用试验。观察猪脾TF有无增强布氏菌菌苗免疫的能力和对布氏菌病的治疗作用。
