班级管理是学校管理的基本组成单位,能否在班级管理中全面地理解和谐管理的内涵及精髓、建立和谐管理机制,是中职校园建设成功与否的关键。本文笔者谈了谈自己担任班主任期间的班级管理的几点感悟。
Class management is the basic unit of school management.
