Oral lichen planus (OLP) is one of the most common oral mucosal diseases, and its carcinogenesis tendency is closely related to cyclin D1. This article will outline the relationship between cell cycle regulation, the pathogenesis of cyclin D1 and its relationship with oral lichen planus.
