介绍了液压防爆提升机速度控制的电液比例控制系统的工作原理,给出了系统原理框图和传递函数框图,并分析了其模拟液压系统的工作过程,为进一步研究其特性打下了基础。分析表明,该系统具有控制精度高,易进行自动控制的优点。
The working principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system for hydraulic explosion-proof hoist speed control is introduced. The system block diagram and transfer function block diagram are given. The working process of the simulation hydraulic system is analyzed, laying a foundation for further study of its characteristics. Analysis shows that the system has the advantages of high control precision and easy automatic control.
