设计了一种用于油品在线监测的电容传感器,并对其结构参数进行了有限元分析和正交优化。最后通过实验测试验证了设计的可行性。

A capacitive sensor for on-line monitoring of oil products is designed. Its structural parameters are analyzed by finite element method and orthogonal optimization. At last, the feasibility of the design is verified by experimental test.
