为加强玉林市疫情管理工作,了解各县(市)区医疗单位传染病漏报情况,提高疫情报告质量,玉林市卫生局于1999年10月19日至11月5日抽调有关专业人员组成检查组,对本市21家医疗单位的传染病疫情报告情况进行了检查,结果分析如下:1 调查对象、内容、方法与评价1.1 调查对象 查全市县级以上医院,随机抽查各级医疗卫生单位共21家,其中县级以上医院 9个、中心卫生院5个、普通卫生院7个。1.2 调查内容 疫情管理和疫情报告率、及时率两部分。疫情管理包括疫情管理班子、疫情报告制度、医生对传染病知识了解情况、临床医生登记、化验登记、防保科工作及疫情卡片填写的完整性和准确性;报告率和及时率。
