目的:总结剖宫产新生儿窒息的抢救与护理配合的经验,提高手术室的护理质量水平,以降低窒息新生儿的死亡率、伤残率。方法:回顾剖宫产发生新生儿窒息32例的抢救与护理配合,手术前做好充分的抢救准备工作,采用规范化的ABCDE复苏方案进行急救复苏。结果:经有效的抢救与合理的护理配合,32例窒息新生儿均抢救成功。结论:做好复苏前抢救准备工作和及时正确的复苏技术是抢救新生儿窒息的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of cesarean section neonatal asphyxia rescue and nursing cooperation and to improve the quality of nursing in operating room to reduce the mortality and disability rates of asphyxiated neonates. Methods: To review the cesarean section neonatal asphyxia in 32 cases of rescue and care coordination, adequate rescue preparation before surgery, the use of standardized ABCDE recovery program for emergency resuscitation. Results: After effective rescue and reasonable nursing, 32 cases of neonatal asphyxia were rescued successfully. Conclusions: The rescue rescue preparation and timely and correct recovery techniques are the key to rescuing neonatal asphyxia.
