为加快国家高技能人才队伍建设,全面完成三年五十万技师培养目标,2004年8月,劳动保障部、国资委印发了《关于开展高技能人才队伍建设试点工作的通知》(劳社部函[2004]123号),集团公司被列为34家试点中央企业之首。为搞好试点工作,进一步加强集团公司高技能人才队伍建设,根据集团公司操作服务人员队伍的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了今后几年的工作思路、工作目标和措施方案。
In order to speed up the construction of a contingent of highly-skilled personnel in the country and fully accomplish the goal of training 500,000 technicians in three years for three years, in August 2004, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the SASAC issued the Notice on Piloting High-skilled Talents Building Letter [2004] No. 123), the group company was listed as the first of 34 pilot central enterprises. In order to do a good job in the pilot work and further strengthen the construction of high-skilled personnel in the group company, according to the status quo and major problems in the operation of the service personnel of the group company, the work train of thought, work targets and measures for the next few years are put forward.
