如果将一个企业比作一棵大树,学习力就是大树的根,也就是企业的生命之根。评价一个企业在本质上是否有竞争力,不是看这个企业取得了多少成果,而是要看这个企业有多强的学习力。这就像我们观察一棵大树的生长情况一样,不能只看到大树郁郁葱葱、果实累累的美好外表,因为无论有多么美的外表,如果大树的根已经烂掉,那么眼前的这些繁荣很快就会烟消云散。
If you compare a business to a big tree, learning power is the root of a big tree, which is the root of a business’s life. To evaluate whether an enterprise is competitive in nature is not about how much the enterprise has achieved but on how strong the company is to learn.
