目的:观察苁蓉冲剂对正常大鼠的红细胞参数和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为5组,分别为生理盐水组、丙酸睾丸素组、大、中、小给药组,采血测红细胞参数和血液流变学指标。结果:苁蓉冲剂对红细胞参数没有影响,苁蓉冲剂大剂量组全血黏度(中切、高切)、全血还原黏度(中切、高切)、红细胞刚性指数增高。结论:苁蓉冲剂可以影响红细胞的变形性及其一些性质。
Objective: To observe the effect of Cistan decoction on erythrocyte parameters and hemorheological indexes in normal rats. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal saline group, testosterone propionate group, large, medium and small dose group, red blood cell count and hemorheology index. Results: Cistanche granule had no effect on the erythrocyte parameters. Cushing Rongcai large dose group of whole blood viscosity (medium and high cut), whole blood reduced viscosity (medium and high cut), erythrocyte rigidity index increased. Conclusion: Cistanche granules can affect the deformability of red blood cells and some of its properties.
