国务委员兼国家体改委主任李铁映日前提出,对于社会主义市场经济体制基本框架的具体描绘和质的规定方面,在加速建立新体制的重大举措和步骤等方面,必须深入研究这样10个重大课题:——建立社会主义初级阶段的所有制结构。在发挥国有经济主导作用的基础上,形成以公有制为主体,个体、私营和外资经济等多种经济成分长期并存、共同发展、平等竞争的所有制结构新格局。
Li Tieying, State Councilor and director of the State Commission for Restructuring the Economy, recently proposed that such major issues as the major measures and steps for accelerating the establishment of a new system be thoroughly studied in terms of the concrete depiction and qualitative provisions of the basic framework for a socialist market economy. : - Establish ownership structure in the primary stage of socialism. On the basis of giving play to the leading role of the state-owned economy, a new pattern of ownership structure with long-standing coexistence of common development and equal competition as the main body of public ownership, as well as individual, private and foreign-funded economies has been formed.
