电子产品的可靠性越来越受到重视,针对电子产品故障诊断和推理领域出现的问题,以基于仿真的故障电路信号为对象,深入研究了用于故障模式识别的信息融合方法,建立了故障电路信息融合模型,提出了针对神经网络的基本概率分配函数,丰富了DS证据理论的应用范围,实现了电路的故障模式识别,为向更高层的故障推理提供支持。
The reliability of electronic products is getting more and more attention. For the problems in the field of electronic product fault diagnosis and reasoning, the information fusion method for fault pattern recognition is studied in detail based on the simulated fault circuit signals, and the fault circuit Information fusion model, the basic probability distribution function for neural network is proposed, which enriches the application scope of DS evidence theory and realizes the fault pattern recognition of circuits, in order to provide support to the higher level fault reasoning.
