采用文献资料法、调查法、案例研究法,通过对青少年体育俱乐部目标、宗旨的深入认识,以H青少年体育俱乐部为例,对其管理模式的优点与不足进行分析,总结其成功的经验。在此基础上,根据攀枝花市青少年体育俱乐部发展现状,结合从案例中获得的启示和攀枝花市的实际情况,提出了攀枝花市发展青少年体育俱乐部应选择的管理模式和策略。
Adopting the methods of literature and information, investigation and case study, through the in-depth understanding of the goals and purposes of the youth sports clubs, taking the H youth sports club as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the management model and summarizes the successful experience. On this basis, according to the current situation of the development of youth sports clubs in Panzhihua, combined with the enlightenment obtained from the case and the actual situation in Panzhihua, put forward the management mode and strategy that should be chosen for the development of youth sports clubs in Panzhihua.
