随着高校教育的不断发展,财务预算管理越来越复杂,如果没有根据实际情况做出改变,将会成为制约高校发展的一个主要因素。加强经费管理、建立精细化预算管理对高校预算执行效率的提高有显著意义。本文通过对精细化管理要求和高校财务预算管理缺失的阐述分析,提出相应的策略,希望对提高高校财务管理效率有一定的借鉴意义。
With the continuous development of higher education, financial budget management is becoming more and more complicated. If there is no change according to the actual situation, it will become a major factor restricting the development of higher education. To strengthen the management of funds and establish a refined budget management have great significance for improving the efficiency of budget implementation in higher education institutions. This essay puts forward corresponding strategies through expatiating on the elaboration of the management requirements and the lack of financial budget management in colleges and universities, hoping to make some reference to improve the efficiency of financial management in colleges and universities.
