“我们厂做实木家具十几年了,在业内有一定知名度,业务主要以批发为主,有时也做零售。现在我们想请业务员在外面跑跑业务,但又面临以下几个问题:一、目前做家具业务员的底薪和提成一般怎么规定?因业务外出的差旅费具体怎么控制?二、我们目前给全国经销商的都是统一出厂价,日后业务员洽谈业务时怎样规定?是给业务员统一出厂价,还是给他出厂价后,他自己根据情况加价后再跟客户谈,我们不干涉。如果是后一种方式,会不会引起价格混乱?
