通过正交试验筛选出适宜培养紫丁香蘑(Lepista nuda)菌丝体的一种液体合成培养基,组成为:葡萄糖25 g,谷氨酸3.74 g,NH_4Cl 0.53 g,MgSO_4·7H_2O 1.5 g,FeSO_4·7H_2 O 0.01 g,CaCl_2·2H_2O 0.03 g,KH_2PO_4 6.8 g,NaOH 0.5 g,加入贮备液MsⅡ5 mL,MsⅣ5 mL,加蒸馏水至1 000 mL,用10%KOH调pH至6.4。以此培养基培养的紫丁香蘑菌丝体8 d后菌丝干重达到1.028 0 g/100 mL。为进一步研究紫丁香蘑的生理学问题提供了实验平台。
A liquid synthetic medium suitable for the culture of mycelia of Lepista nuda was screened by orthogonal test. The composition was composed of 25 g of glucose, 3.74 g of glutamic acid, 0.53 g of NH 4 Cl, 1.5 g of MgSO 4 · 7H 2 O, FeSO 4 · 7H 2 O 0.01 g, CaCl 2 · 2H 2 O 0.03 g, KH 2 PO 4 6.8 g, NaOH 0.5 g. Add 5 mL of stock solution Ms 5 mL, 5 mL of Ms IV, add distilled water to 1 000 mL and adjust pH to 6.4 with 10% KOH. The mycelial dry weight reached 1.028 0 g / 100 mL after 8 d of cultivation on this medium. It provided an experimental platform for further studying the physiological problems of Lilac mushroom.
