曾经是我国生态中坚力量的国有林场在今天依旧不容忽视。它以占全国森林面积和蓄积量1/5的分量、分布于全国生态最前沿的特殊地理位置,构成了我国生态屏障的基本骨架。在我国实施以生态建设为主林业战略过程中,国有林场在培育森林资源,改善生态中将发挥越来越重要的作用。而即将出台的国务院关于国有林场改革的意见,无疑会为国有林场的进一步改革扫清障碍,蓄势待发的国有林场将迎来一个快速发展的明天。
State-owned forest farms, once the nucleus of our country’s ecology, can not be ignored today. It takes up 1/5 of the total forest area and stock volume in the country and occupies a special geographical position at the forefront of the national ecology and constitutes the basic skeleton of China’s ecological barrier. In our country’s implementation of ecological construction-based forestry strategy, state-owned forest farms will play more and more important roles in fostering forest resources and improving ecology. The forthcoming State Council opinion on the reform of state-owned forest farms will undoubtedly clear the obstacles for the further reform of the state-owned forest farms. The state-owned forest farms ready for development will usher in a fast-growing future.
