粤琼地区具有得天独厚的区位优势和海洋资源优势,拥有雄厚的海洋经济产业基础、科研基础及人才资源保障,海洋经济发展速度快、潜力巨大,两省利用现有优势平台携手合作共同发展海洋经济,意义深远。本文从两省海洋经济合作发展基础出发,确定了粤琼海洋经济合作发展目标及战略思路,提出了两省共同建设新时期海洋经济的具体策略及保障措施。
Guangdong enjoys a unique geographical advantage and advantages in marine resources. With a solid foundation in marine economy, scientific research and human resource protection, Guangdong enjoys rapid development and great potential in marine economy. The two provinces use the existing advantageous platforms to jointly develop the marine economy ,deep meaning. Based on the development of marine economic cooperation between the two provinces, this paper determined the objectives and strategic thinking of Guangdong-Qionghai marine economic cooperation and proposed specific strategies and safeguards for the two provinces to jointly build the marine economy in the new era.
