目的:建立小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱含量。色谱柱:20RBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸(6∶5∶0.9∶0.1);检测波长:345 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;进样量:10μl;柱温:30℃。结果:吴茱萸次碱在0.292~2.920μg(r=0.999 4)范围内线性关系良好。回归方程为:Y=29 627X+3 524.3,r=0.9994,吴茱萸次碱的平均回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.95%。结论:方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of rutaecarpine in Pediatric Diarrhea. Methods: The contents of rutaecarpine in Pediatric Diarrhea Xunfu Powder were determined by HPLC. Column: 20RBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile- water- tetrahydrofuran- glacial acetic acid (6: 5: 0.9: 0.1); detection wavelength: 345 nm; min; injection volume: 10μl; column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Rutaecarpine was linear in the range of 0.292 ~ 2.920μg (r = 0.999 4). The regression equation was: Y = 29 627X + 3 524.3, r = 0.9994. The average recovery of rutaecarpine was 99.66% and the RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion: The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used as a method for the determination of rutaecarpine in Pediatric diarrhea.
