目的了解重庆市永川区2013—2015年碘盐食用质量,及时掌握居民碘盐普及情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和调整干预策略提供科学依据。方法在重庆市永川区境内按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区进行随机抽样,盐样碘含量按GB/T3025.7-2012检测。结果共监测900份盐样,碘含量均数为27.9mg/kg,各年份间碘含量比较,差异无统计学意义(F=2.00,P>0.05)。碘盐覆盖率100%,碘盐合格率为92.7%,合格碘盐食用率为92.7%。各年合格碘盐食用率在91.7%~93.3%之间波动,均高于国家合格碘盐食用率标准(>90%),各年份间合格碘盐食用率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.54,P>0.05)。结论重庆市永川区居民碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率达到了消除碘缺乏病的目标要求。
Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt in Yongchuan District of Chongqing Municipality from 2013 to 2015 and to grasp the popularization of iodized salt in residents in a timely manner so as to provide scientific basis for timely taking targeted prevention and control measures and adjusting intervention strategies. Methods Divided five sample areas in East, West, South, North and Central of Yongchuan District of Chongqing Municipality for random sampling, and the iodine content of salt samples was tested according to GB / T3025.7-2012. Results A total of 900 salt samples were monitored with a mean iodine content of 27.9 mg / kg. There was no significant difference in iodine content between years (F = 2.00, P> 0.05). Iodized salt coverage of 100%, iodized salt pass rate of 92.7%, qualified iodized salt consumption was 92.7%. The iodine salt consumption rate in each year fluctuated between 91.7% and 93.3%, both higher than the national standard (> 90%) of iodized salt consumption rate. There was no significant difference in the eating rate of qualified iodized salt between years (χ2 = 0.54, P> 0.05). Conclusion The iodized salt coverage rate and the qualified iodized salt rate of residents in Yongchuan District of Chongqing reach the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
