本文给出了一般大容量电站锅炉中常用的复杂过热器连接系统的流量偏差计算方法,包括:(1)整个过热器系统分成两路而在两路的汇总处单侧引出过热蒸汽;(2)过热器管组的引入引出方式不属于典型的Z型、U型或L型等布置型式,而是用几根导汽管在集箱中部引入或引出。最后文中还列出了用电子计算机计算得出的典型集箱布置系统的流量偏差简化线算图。
This paper gives a method to calculate the flow deviation of complex superheater connection system, which is commonly used in large-capacity utility boilers. The method includes: (1) The whole superheater system is divided into two paths and the superheated steam is drawn out on one side of the two paths; (2) ) The introduction and extraction of the superheater tube group does not belong to the typical Z-type, U-type or L-type layout, but with a few leads in the central header into or out. Finally, the article also lists the calculation of the computer using a typical header arrangement system flow deviation simplified line calculation diagram.
