本文从工程实际需要出发,研制了一种新型非表面接触式传感器,其基本原理是利用流体作为金属和非金属中裂纹产生、扩展以及断裂时发出的信号的传播媒介,使信号的能量经流体的传播后到达对此类信号敏感的元器件,然后,再由此敏感元器件将信号发出的机械能转化为电能,最后由与此传感器作为一体的前置放大器将信号进行整形处理,放大后输出到接收仪器。此传感器的研制成功解决了工程领域中表面接触式传感器不能解决的许多实际问题。 与这种新型传感器组成金属和非金属动态监测控制系统的另一重要部分是监测控制仪。此监控仪内部电路全部采用进口CMOS器件和高性能运放,对故障信号的分析处理及诊断算法全部采用硬件逻辑电路,具有很高的工业抗干扰性。由于此监控仪内部对裂纹产生的故障信号进行了某些特殊处理,因此,诊断故障的敏感性很高,并且有误报率低,可靠性高等优点。此监控仪还配有多种功能选择及各种预处理信号的输出口及监测报警控制输出口,如配以其它的传感信号输入可组成各种监控仪。
