润滑是提高产品质量、延长设备使用寿命的重要环节。在一些大型设备中,由于手工注油部位多,容易疏忽遗漏;或者手摇泵失灵(如重型车床),造成缺油、断油,从而在传动部位产生拉丝咬毛、爬行,甚至造成设备故障。为此,我厂采用晶体管电磁泵代替手摇泵或手工注油,对解决上述的问题取得了一定成效。现介绍如下一、工作原理晶体管电磁泵结构如图1所示。其工作原理是:当交流电通过变压器后,电压由高压(220V)降低为低压(36V),经二极管整流,成为单向脉冲电流。这种电流通过线圈后,产生脉冲磁场,并对衔铁产生间隙的吸力,将衔铁吸下。此时,上阀门打开,下阀门紧闭.当电磁线圈断电后,吸力消失.弹簧的弹力使衔铁复位。由于衔铁迅速上升,在上下阀门间就造成了低压
