目的:建立通过薄层扫描法测定川芎药材中川芎嗪的含量方法。方法:采用双波长TLC—SD法,在硅胶G板上,以正己烷-氯仿-甲醇(10∶2∶1)展开,在200~370nm紫外区域范围内扫描,外标两点法计算。结果:通过方法学考察,点样量在0.1105~2.21μg(r=0.999 0)范围线性关系良好,平均回收率为106.2%,RSD为3.4%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速,可作为川芎药材的质量比较和评价。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tetramethylpyrazine in Rhizoma Chuanxiong by thin-layer scanning. METHODS: Two-wavelength TLC-SD method was used on silica gel G-plate and developed with n-hexane-chloroform-methanol (10:2:1). Scanning was performed in the ultraviolet range of 200-370 nm. The external standard two-point method was used for calculation. RESULTS: The methodological investigation showed that the linear relationship was good between 0.1105 and 2.21 μg (r=0.999 0). The average recovery was 106.2% and the RSD was 3.4% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and can be used as a comparison and evaluation of the quality of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
