选取茄子单性结实性差异显著的 5个材料 ,采用完全双列杂交半轮配 (含亲本 )试验设计配制杂交组合 ,利用蕾期人工去柱头的方法测定亲本及F1单性结实坐果率。统计分析表明 :茄子单性结实性状遗传不符合“加性 -显性”遗传模型 ,存在着非等位基因间的上位作用 ;单性结实性状可能受一组隐性基因控制 ,属隐性遗传。
Five materials with significant differences in single-sex parenchyma of eggplant were selected. The hybrid combinations were designed by using full diallel crossbred half-round (including parents) experiment, and the parents and F1 single-ply fruit setting rate were determined by budding artificial stigma. Statistical analysis showed that: Eggplant heritability trait does not meet the “additive - dominance” genetic model, there is a non-allelic epistatic effect; parthenocarpy traits may be a group of recessive genes that are recessive .
