1998年5月至2001年12月,我们研制了食管支架置入辅助架(已申请专利)。经临床应用效果很好,现介绍如下。1.结构:该辅助架材料选用直径20 mm不锈钢钢管、1.5~2.5 mm厚的钢板、硬质尼龙。基本结构如图1所示。有立杆、横杆、导丝固定夹、辅助架固定槽及胃镜槽构成。横杆长度100 cm,刻有厘米标尺刻度,通过螺旋连接,可拆为3节。第1、3节各长25 cm,胃镜槽长25 cm、宽1.2 cm,与横杆第1节并列焊接。
From May 1998 to December 2001, we developed an esophageal stent placement aid (patent pending). The clinical application of the effect is very good, is introduced as follows. 1. Structure: The auxiliary frame material is selected from 20 mm diameter stainless steel pipe, 1.5-2.5 mm thick steel plate, and hard nylon. The basic structure is shown in Figure 1. The utility model is composed of a pole, a cross bar, a guide wire fixing clamp, an auxiliary frame fixing groove and a gastroscope groove. The bar is 100 cm in length and is engraved with a centimeter ruler. It can be disassembled into 3 sections with a spiral connection. Each of the first and third sections was 25 cm long. The length of the gastroscope was 25 cm in length and 1.2 cm in width, and was welded in parallel with the first section of the crossbar.
