目前,养老保险的逃费现象在我国十分普遍。逃费的表现形式很多,但主要集中在雇主身上。这些表现形式不同的逃费现象给我国的养老保险制度带来了巨大的伤害,影响了收入的分配与再分配。究其原因,主要有3个方面:雇主、雇员和政府。本文就主要对逃费的这3个方面的原因进行分析。通过对逃费原因的分析,旨在找出问题,进一步完善养老保险制度,促进其持续健康发展。
At present, the phenomenon of escaping from old-age insurance is very common in our country. Escaping can take many forms, but the main focus is on employers. The different forms of evasion have brought tremendous damage to China’s pension insurance system and have affected the distribution and redistribution of income. The reason, there are three main aspects: employers, employees and the government. This article mainly analyzes the causes of these three aspects of escapade. Through the analysis of the reasons for the flight, the purpose is to find out the problems, to further improve the pension insurance system and to promote its sustainable and healthy development.
