目的研究二十味寒水石丸的镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用热板法、乙酸致痛法及甲醛致痛法研究其镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法和棉球肉芽肿法考察其抗炎作用。结果二十一味寒水石丸能明显抑制乙酸及甲醛所引起的疼痛,减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度,并能够有效缓解棉球肉芽肿。结论二十一味寒水石丸具较显著的抗炎、镇痛效果。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Taste of Hanshan Shishuiwan pill. Methods The analgesic effect was investigated by hot plate method, acetic acid induced pain method and formaldehyde induced pain method. The anti-inflammatory effect of the mouse ear auricle swelling method and cotton ball granuloma was studied by xylene. Results Twenty one taste of Hanshui Shi Wan can significantly inhibit the pain caused by acetic acid and formaldehyde, reduce the swelling of mice ear, and can effectively relieve the cotton ball granuloma. Conclusion Twenty-one taste of Hanshin Stone pill with a more significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
