肺结核病在我国目前还是一个危害人民健康较严重的疾病之一,党已在农业发展纲要中提出必须积极地加以防治。摸清结核病的流行情况,是积极防治、控制及消灭结核病的必要条件。有关流行病学的资料是制订结核病防治规划和考核工作成效的指针和指标。根据中央卫生部科委1957年科学研究规划规定及研究所党总支决定,我们于1957年8月选择东城区赵堂子地段,进行居民肺结核病流行病学的调查研究;并在此基础上对该地段开展了肺结核病的预防、治疗、管理等研究工作。为了和各兄弟单位交流经验,兹将我们工作的初步结果介绍如下。
In our country, tuberculosis is still one of the diseases endangering people’s health. The Party has proposed in the outline of agricultural development that it must be actively prevented and controlled. Finding out the epidemic of tuberculosis is a necessary condition for actively preventing, controlling and eradicating tuberculosis. Information on epidemiology is a guideline and indicator for the development of TB prevention and control programs and assessment work. According to the provisions of the 1957 Scientific Research Plan of the Central Ministry of Health and the General Party Branch of the Institute, we selected the Zhao Tangzi Lot in Dongcheng District in August 1957 to conduct an investigation into the epidemiology of pulmonary tuberculosis among residents. Based on this, The lot has carried out research on the prevention, treatment and management of tuberculosis. In order to exchange experience with the fraternal units, the preliminary results of our work are presented below.
