建设长三角北翼经济中心是《江苏沿海地区发展规划》对南通市的目标定位,率先在江苏江北基本实现现代化是省第十二次党代会对南通市的明确要求。根据这一发展定位和要求,本文从近10年南通经济结构调整取得的积极成效出发,客观分析了经济发展中存在的结构问题,提出新时期加快经济结构调整的战略重点。
The construction of the economic center of the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta is the target positioning of Nantong City in the “Jiangsu Coastal Area Development Plan.” It is the express requirement of the 12th Party Congress of Nantong that the province took the lead in basically realizing modernization in Jiangbei of Jiangsu Province. According to the positioning and requirements of this development, this article objectively analyzes the structural problems existing in the economic development based on the positive achievements made in Nantong’s economic restructuring in the past 10 years and puts forward the strategic priorities for speeding up economic restructuring in the new era.
