[目的]观察祛风止痛方联合西药治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组20例吲哚美辛(消炎痛),25mg/次,2~3次/d,口服。治疗组20例祛风止痛方(当归、桂枝、防风各12g,白芍、黄芪各30g,威灵仙15g,川芎10g,鸡血藤、伸筋草、羌活各12g,甘草6g,秦艽15g,延胡索12g,桃仁、红花各10g,薏苡仁15g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈12例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]祛风止痛方联合西药治疗肩周炎效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Qufeng Zhitong Recipe combined with Western medicine on frozen shoulder. In control group, 12 cases were cured, 4 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Qufeng Zhitong Recipe combined with western medicine is effective in treating frozen shoulder and is worth promoting.
