就当前市场经济体制而言,医院思想政治工作的首要任务就是用科学发展观来统领全局,提高医务人员对世界的认知能力,做到为人民服务、奉献社会的目标,促进医院健康发展。本文先就医院思想政治工作的内容进行了简单的阐述,而后就医院思想政治工作的意义进行了深入的分析,并提出了加强党组织对思想政治工作的领导、以全方位目标管理为总纲、等加强医院思想政治工作实践措施。
