本文从科学发展观的视角研究科学领导,认为科学领导的真谛是尊重科学,尊重规律。科学领导的实践催生着领导科学的发展创新。在新的历史起点上,领导科学研究出现了开放化、体系化、多样化和制度化趁势。而“领导力”已成为领导科学研究的核心范畴。本文提出,要坚持与时俱进的理论品质,以改革创新精神推进中国领导科学的发展。
This article studies the scientific leadership from the perspective of scientific development. It holds that the essence of scientific leadership is to respect science and respect law. The practice of scientific leadership has given birth to leadership in the development and innovation of science. At the new historical starting point, there has been a trend toward openness, systematization, diversification and institutionalization of leading scientific research. And “leadership” has become the core area leading scientific research. This paper proposes that we should adhere to the theoretical quality of keeping pace with the times and promote the development of China’s leading science with the spirit of reform and innovation.
