《档案主题词表》(以下简称《词表》)是档案主题标引的工具。在档案主题标引工作中,除《词表》这个必备工具外,是否还需要编制一个与《词表》配套使用的辅助工具呢?我认为这个问题值得研究和探讨。我们知道,档案主题标引工作的步骤主要有两个:一是对文件或案卷进行主题分析,通过主题分析,明确主题内容,形成主题概念;二是选定主题词,即从《词表》中选择恰当的主题词描述文件或案卷的主题概念。在这后一个步骤中,给复合主题选定主题词,是一个
