全国农業發展綱要(修正草案)公布后,中央人民广播电台举办了一个專題講座。听众認为这个講座对他們学習綱要的帮助很大,紛紛要求把它印成書。現在,这个講座的底稿經写稿人修改补充后,將由中国青年出版社在三月下旬前后出書。这本書从綱要的序言講起,然后大体上按照綱要四十条的次序逐条講解,并附有一些比較难于理解的名詞的簡要解釋,便于讀者全面了解綱要的內容。由于綱要
After the announcement of the National Agricultural Development Program (draft amendment), the Central People’s Broadcasting Station held a special lecture. The audience believes that this lecture is of great help to them in learning the outline, and they have all asked to put it in a book. Now that the manuscript of this lecture is revised and supplemented by the drafters, it will be published by China Youth Press in late March. The book starts with a preface to the outline and is then explained one by one in the order of forty articles in the outline with a brief explanation of some of the more difficult to understand terms so that readers can fully understand the content of the outline.
