我国自80年代中期开始提出素质教育,经过近30年理论与实践探索,我们的素质教育到底取得了哪些成果呢?我们一线教师在实施素质教育的过程中也碰到过不少困惑。社会在不断的进步,对人才素质的要求也在不断的变化,这就要求我们一线的教学工作者要紧握时代的脉搏,围绕素质教育这一教育的中心任务,我们要不断地进行新课程改革和调整,近年来,随着新的课程改革和调整后的《高中阶段学校招生考试大纲》的实施,如何进一步深化和推进素质教育,如何对思想品德课的课堂进行教学改革,贯彻新课标理念,一直是个热门的话题。本文就教学中如何开展“合作学习”的教学模式,培养团队合作精神人才,谈谈自己教学实践中的心得体会。
