作为一名老师,在追随新课程改革的步伐中,有很多收获,比如有很多教师对各种新的理论心领神会并将之正确、灵活地运用于自己的教学实践,极大限度地提升了自己的教学水平。但是也有诸多困惑,有的课堂教学只顾追求形式的翻新,把简单的东西复杂化,甚至丢失了数学的本真……造成课堂教学高耗低效、无效甚至负效的现象,使得今天的一些课堂华而不实,流于形式。这显然与新课程改革的理念不符合,与师生共同劳动的价值追求更相去甚远。
