目的研究白头翁的抗癌作用。方法用不同剂量白头翁水煎剂分别给小鼠S180、HepA肝癌、Ehrlich腹水癌和Lewis肺癌、大鼠肉瘤Walker256动物模型连续灌胃10天,观察其抑瘤效应,及其在体外试验中对人红白血病细胞株K562和大肠癌细胞株SW1116的作用。并观察白头翁水煎剂对小鼠TNF形成的影响。结果白头翁水煎剂体内对5种可移植性肿瘤动物模型的ID30分别为:20.0g/kg、23.3g/kg、48.8g/kg、16.3g/kg和18.9g/kg,体外对两株细胞的IC50分别为28.8mg/L和27.8mg/L,均呈量效关系,并且能促进小鼠TNF的形成。结论白头翁水煎剂在实验动物体内外均具有抗肿瘤作用,对肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤可能是其主要抗瘤机制,诱导TNF的形成可能与其体内抗瘤作用亦有关。
Objective To study the anticancer effect of Pulsatilla chinensis. Methods Different doses of Pulsatilla decoction were given to mice S180, HepA liver cancer, Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, Lewis lung cancer, and Ratker256 animal model of sarcoma for 10 consecutive days. The antitumor effect was observed, and the effect was observed in vitro. Effects of Erythroleukemia Cell Line K562 and Colon Cancer Cell Line SW1116 . Observe the effect of Pulsatillae decoction on the formation of TNF in mice. Results The ID30 of Pulsatilla decoction in vivo for 5 kinds of transplantable tumor animal models were: 20.0g/kg, 23.3g/kg, 48.8g/kg, 16.3g/kg and 18.9g/kg, respectively. The IC50 of the two cells in vitro was 28.8 mg/L and 27.8 mg/L, respectively, both in a dose-effect relationship, and could promote the formation of TNF in mice. Conclusion Pulsatilla decoction has anti-tumor effect both in vitro and in vivo, and direct killing of tumor cells may be the main anti-tumor mechanism. The formation of TNF may be related to its anti-tumor effect in vivo.
