金融危机爆发以来,贸易保护主义盛行,国际市场竞争加剧,特别是欧美等一些主要经济体为维护自身利益,以“两反两保”为手段,频频发起贸易摩擦,给我国我省出口贸易造成了严重影响。最近,我们对近年来我省遭遇“两反两保”情况进行了调研,并提出了对策建议。
Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, trade protectionism prevailed and competition on the international market intensified. In particular, some major economies in Europe and the United States have frequently held trade frictions and exported their products to our province for the sake of safeguarding their own interests and using “two anti-two guarantees” as their means. Trade has had a serious impact. Recently, we conducted a survey on the situation of “two anti-two guarantees” in our province in recent years and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
