少数民族出版也就是说的是少数民族文化图书的出版,如果从文化的角度对其进行评判,这可以算作一种公益性文化事业和非营利机构。为了政治和保护民族文化的多样性,少数民族出版社也日益壮大起来,但是在发展的过程中仍然面临着许多的问题。其不仅仅要保证政府政策的扶持以及补贴外,还要寻求更加宽广的资金注入渠道,从而保证在市场的运行,培养新一代人才队伍以及完善管理制度。
The publication of ethnic minorities means that the publication of minority cultural books can be counted as a nonprofit cultural undertaking and a non-profit institution if they are judged from a cultural perspective. For the sake of politics and the protection of the diversity of ethnic cultures, ethnic minority publishing houses are also growing in strength. However, they still face many problems in their development. It not only guarantees the support of government policies and subsidies, but also seeks for a broader channel of capital injection so as to ensure the operation in the market, cultivate a new generation of qualified personnel and improve the management system.
