我是一名基层纪检监察审理工作人员,最近我们在处理一起违纪案件中,对于犯错误的党员给予留党察看处分期满后(已恢复党员正常权利,下同)又犯错误如何量纪问题,有些不同意见.有的同志认为:犯错误的党员留党察看处分期满后又犯错误的,量纪时不应看前科,应根据其新犯错误的事实、情节、态度等进行量纪,给予恰当的党纪处分;另有的同志认为:量纪时应看前科,给予开除党籍处分.请问:党员犯错误留党察看处分期满后,又犯错误的,应如何量纪?
