在车工工艺中,反车切削是一种较为特殊的切削方法。它不仅可以在大径向切削力切削中使工件所受切削力方向与机床主轴、夹具及工件的重力合力方向相一致,有效地避免或消除由于主轴轴承间隙所引起的自激振动,而且在大直径或粘、软材料的切断中,控制切屑的排出方向与其重力方向相一致,使排屑顺畅,所以,也是一种经常采用的切削方法。另外,在单件或小批量加工各种用途的右旋圆锥螺纹时,采用反车随进法进行切削,工艺简单、操作方便,更是一种常用的加工工艺。但是,无论何种工艺目的进行反车削时,由于车床刀台装刀槽相对于主轴回转中心的位置关系,都需要专门制造专用反车车刀。不仅由于刀具制造周期影响到刀具的及时使用,而且刀具制造费用也有所增加。为此,我们设计、制造了专用反车刀排(见图)。 在工艺需要时,直接将一般正车刀具
