这些年来,我们对预应力镦头锚固问题进行了比较系统的研究,先后研制成功“手提式液压镦头机”,SLD-40型镦头机,并在国内最先将这种预施应力方法用于工程实际。对于这种方法在工程应用中的有关设计、施工问题,高强钢丝冷镦头的单根力强度,成束静力强度,粗筋镦头的静力、动力强度等问题也作了一些摸索性试验研究。近来又承受国家建委任务,完成了镦头锚定型系列化工作,与兄弟单位协作完成了镦头机定型研究任务。限于篇辐,本文先仅就镦头锚具的研制及其性能方面简单地加以介绍。
