法学是一门实践性很强的学科,我国的法律制度倾向于以成文法为特点的大陆法系,不承认判例的法律效力。因此法学教育也是系统的理论教学为主,而对实践教学虽意识到其重要性,但由于各种主客观的原因,一直都比较薄弱。本文主要是探讨地方的高等学校尤其是升本的院校中法学专业实践教学面临的学科定位,资金不足,师资缺乏等问题,并提出相应的解决方式。
Law is a highly practical discipline. Our legal system tends to civil law, which is characterized by written law, and does not recognize the legal validity of the case. Therefore, legal education is also a systematic theoretical teaching, while the practice of teaching although aware of its importance, but because of various subjective and objective reasons, has been relatively weak. This article mainly discusses the subject orientation, the lack of funds and the shortage of teachers in the practical teaching of law major in the local colleges and universities, especially in the colleges of higher education, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
