我院应用内镜微波治疗疣状胃炎32例,难治性胃溃疡32例,疗效显著,无并发症,经随访未见复发,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 病例选择 因消化道症状来院就诊者,64例均经内镜确诊。疣状胃炎32例,男22例,女10例;年龄18～68岁,平均43岁。局限胃窦25例,同时波及胃体7例。均为多发。一般圆形。隆起明显,直径较小,轮廓清楚,表面光滑,色泽与邻近胃粘膜相似,其顶端中央凹陷,较小
