江苏省泰州中学丁如许同志,在多年班主任工作实践的基础上,本着在有限的时间内,尽可能多地传授学生知识、培养学生能力、陶冶学生情操这一目的,总结设计了一套初中班级系列活动(全程)的方案。这一方案一改过去随意性、盲目性较大的班级活动力有目的、有计划、有措施、有组织的班级活动课。经过近三年的实践检验,证明这一方案是可行的,有效果的。现在,他的这一做法,已引起不少班主任的注意,他曾多次应邀到邻近县、市作专题介绍,开观摩课。下面介绍的是丁如许同志这一设计与实践的情况。我们欢迎广大读者对此进行评价,也希望广大班主任增强改革创新意识,努力探索班级工作的新路子。
