目的 总结 2 6例超声引导下经皮肝穿抽脓并腔内注射甲硝唑溶液治疗肝脓肿情况 ,探讨其疗效。方法 对 2 6例患者分别行 1～ 3次超声引导下不置管穿刺治疗 ,与同期 2 0例外科手术切开置管引流治疗肝脓肿进行疗效对比。结果 非手术肝脓肿患者脓腔在 15天至 45天愈合 ,平均为 2 1天。与外科手术比较疗效无明显差异。结论 超声引导下穿刺治疗肝脓肿是一种简单可行、疗效确切的治疗方法
Objective To summarize 26 cases of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic pus and intracavitary metronidazole solution treatment of liver abscess, to explore its efficacy. Methods Twenty - six patients were treated with ultrasound - guided or without catheter puncture for 1 ~ 3 times respectively. Twenty patients were surgically treated with drainage tube drainage to treat liver abscess. Results The abscess of non-surgical liver abscess healed in 15 days to 45 days with an average of 21 days. No significant difference compared with the surgical effect. Conclusion Ultrasound guided puncture of liver abscess is a simple and effective treatment of the exact effect
