国家测绘总局于八月十五至十六两日在哈尔滨召开了东北地区有关测量位单的协作会议。参加会议的有：黑龙江省土地利用管理局、黑龙江省水利厅、黑龙江省地质局、吉林省水利局、松花江流域规划委员会、水利电力部哈尔滨勘测设计院、水利电力部长春水电设计院、农垦部荒地勘测设计院等单位。此外还邀请东北协作区办公厅、黑龙江省人民委员会也派人参加了会议。石油部松辽石油勘探局由于没得到通知，会后进行了详细的交谈。
The State Administration of Surveying and Mapping held a collaborative meeting on measurement of orders in the northeast region in Harbin from August 15 to 16. Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Water Resources, Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Geology, Jilin Province Water Conservancy Bureau, Songhua River Basin Planning Commission, Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Survey and Design Institute of Harbin, Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity Changchun Hydropower Design Institute, Nongken Department of Wasteland Survey and Design Institute and other units. In addition, the Northeast Regional Office and the People’s Committee of Heilongjiang Province were also invited to attend the conference. Songliao Petroleum Exploration Bureau of the Ministry of Petroleum as a result of not being notified, after a detailed conversation.
